If there is an error with your order, or it has arrived damaged we will be happy to arrange a replacement or refund - you can arrange this by getting in touch via email@example.com. If for any reason you would like to amend or cancel your order before such time as it has been dispatched we will be happy to do so. However, once your order has been dispatched we will be unable to make any changes. Please also be aware, that we are unable to accept returns or refund requests in the event that the sizing of the product is wrong. Please make sure you are order the correct size and feel free to get in touch to confirm sizing if you are uncertain.
