Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time We will be doing everything we can to get your strap to you as soon as possible! All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, and generally will not be delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In case of significant delays with your order, we will contact you via email. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping delays may occasionally occur, and if so we will do what we can to inform you. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses MobyFox ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Canada Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing tracking number(s) as applicable. Tracking number will generally be active within 24 hours. Customs, Duties and Taxes Mobyfox are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Mobyfox are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Customers can return defective product within 30 days and must request RA @ Returns@vlcdistribution.com . Any product warranty issue must be resolved through the brand directly.
